Return Policy

Any necessary returns must be pre-authorized by our team at Fresh Home and Garden, and must be reported within 48 hours of the receipt of the items. The items must be in re-sale condition. All returns, with the exception of warranty issues, must be shipped back at the expense of the customer and must include a notice of return authorization.

Custom order items cannot be returned, as this merchandise is non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Once a custom order has been placed, you will have a 24-hour window to change or cancel. The 24-hour period begins at the time you place your order.

Credits will be applied to the client after the goods are received and inspected. No items will be accepted if they have been physically damaged, mishandled, or soiled by the customer.

Any items returned before shipping will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of purchase price, the delivery fee will be returned in full.

All Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Defective or Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives to you with a manufacturing defect or damaged caused during transit, we will repair or replace the damaged area. This excludes final sale items with explicit damage. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action, and what items qualify for replacement / repair. We must be notified within 24-hours to qualify for these actions.

 

Warranty Issues

Fresh Home and Garden offers limited warranties on its products based on the manufacturer and the conditions of issues. All warranty claims must be requested through info@fresh.ca with original Proof of Purchase, and must include sufficient information to process the request. For specific product warranties, please see the manufacturers pages for explicit information.

Products with defects may be subject to replacement or repairs. Products will not be replaced until they have been verified and approved by the manufacturer. Shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer.

Furniture damage due to environmental factors (i.e. wind) is not covered under any warranty circumstances. It is the customers responsibility to ensure products will be appropriate for their chosen usage. For example, it is the customers responsibility to ensure weight sufficiency for an umbrella.

Covers are not included in furniture pricing. It is also advisable to purchase winter protective covers for all outdoor furniture. These are available to purchase through Fresh Home and Garden. Our sales representatives are available to offer advice through info@fresh.ca.
